Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough thawed 
  • 2 red onions (thinly sliced) 
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half 
  • 1 cup goat cheese 
  • 1 egg, mixed with 1 tbsp water 
  • 1 tbsp butter 
  • Everything but the Bagels Sesame Seasoning Blend 

Instructions
 

  • Preheat an oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  • Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 9 squares. Place rectangles on the prepared baking sheet. 
  • Melt the butter in a larger frying pan and cook the red onions until soft and well caramelized. Remove from heat, set aside and let cool for about 5 minutes. 
  • Using a fork, prick the each rectangle. Spoon the onion onto the centre of each pastry rectangle. Arrange the goat cheese and cherry tomatoes on top of the onion. Brush the sides with egg and sprinkle with Everything Bagels Blend.
  • Bake until the pastry is puffed and golden brown about 20 minutes.
